You understand that this consent applies to any future broadcasts and also includes the use of your name and/or likeness on the air and in collateral marketing materials. You understand that unless otherwise agreed in a writing signed by fjorge you will receive no compensation for your participation, now or at any other time and that the recordings shall remain the sole property of fjorge and you will have no editorial or other rights to the finished product.
